Shipping
We ship across Australia. Orders over $100 get free standard delivery, no code needed. Under $100, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order weight.
Most metro orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Regional and remote postcodes can take a bit longer, especially WA, NT and rural Tasmania. Express delivery is available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it the whole way.
Returns
Change your mind? You've got 30 days from delivery to send an item back for a refund, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and still has its tags on.
To start a return, log into your account, find the order under "Complete Orders" and click Return Item(s). We'll email you once we've received and processed it, usually within 3 to 5 business days of it arriving back with us.
If something arrived faulty or wrong, that one's on us: contact us first and we'll sort return shipping at no cost to you.
