How to choose the right workwear hi-vi
Day-wear polos and shirts for general site use, taped jackets and vests for low-light and night work, and two-tone styles for layering.
Fabric and construction
160gsm to 220gsm hi-vis polyester and polyester-cotton, with 50mm reflective tape on selected styles. Pre-shrunk where applicable, side-seamed on knit pieces, with finished seams and reinforced stress points.

Australian sizing. Each product page lists chest, length and shoulder measurements in centimetres so you can compare to a garment you already own. If you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed feel, stay true for a closer fit. See our size guide for full charts by style.
Care instructions
Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out, with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or line dry in the shade to prevent shrinkage and fade. Iron inside out on warm. Wash darks separately on the first wash. Merino pieces: cold hand wash or wool cycle.

Workwear Hi-Vis FAQ
Do your hi-vis garments meet Australian standards?
Yes. Hi-vis vests, polos, shirts and jackets are made to AS/NZS 4602.1 day and day/night configurations, in compliant fluoro colours with reflective tape where the style calls for it. Each product page lists the exact standard the garment is certified to.
What is the difference between day and day/night hi-vis?
Day hi-vis uses fluoro colour alone for visibility, suited to daylight outdoor work. Day/night adds retro-reflective tape so the garment is also visible under vehicle headlights at night or in low light. Choose by your site requirement and shift hours.
How do I wash hi-vis without losing the colour or tape?
Cool to warm machine wash with like colours, no bleach, and skip the high heat tumble dryer. Hot wash and bleach fade fluoro colour over time. Reflective tape can delaminate under high heat. Line dry where you can to extend the life of both.
Do you stock hi-vis in larger sizes for the trades?
Yes. Hi-vis runs from S through to large XL sizes across vest, polo, shirt and jacket. Cuts are sized for layering over a base shirt or tee. Check the product page size chart for the exact range on each style.
Is shipping free and what is the return policy on hi-vis?
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders, with most metro deliveries arriving in 2 to 5 business days. Regional and remote postcodes may take a little longer. Returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn items in original condition. Start a return from your order page and we will send you a prepaid label.
